Application Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
Mosa (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides an AI-powered sales-training platform that enables organisations to create training environments, simulate sales conversations with AI buyers, evaluate performance and monitor training progress.
This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and processed through the Mosa application.
Organisations provide and manage information about their users, products, customers and training activities. Mosa processes this information to deliver the services requested by those organisations.
For privacy-related enquiries, contact mayank@mosa.co.in.
1. Account and organisation information
We process information needed to create and manage accounts and organisations, including:
- Names and email addresses.
- Account credentials.
- Organisation names and settings.
- User roles and team assignments.
- Invitation and account-consent records.
- Relevant account activity and security information.
Accounts are created by the platform operator or through invitations.
Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than readable passwords.
2. Organisation-provided information
Organisations and authorised users provide information used to configure their training environments.
This may include:
- Product and service documentation.
- Uploaded files in PDF, DOCX, TXT, DOC, MD and CSV formats. Text is extracted from PDF, DOCX and TXT files; DOC, MD and CSV files are stored, but their text is not extracted.
- Ideal customer profiles and industry information.
- Company and market information.
- Sales processes and pipeline configurations.
- Training instructions and notes.
- Knowledge Hub content.
- AI buyer configurations and generated personas.
We process this information to build and operate organisation-specific training environments.
Relevant portions of uploaded material and training context are transmitted to our AI provider to generate Knowledge Hub content, buyer personas and other requested functionality.
3. Prospect preparation and external research
Mosa provides research and preparation features for sales-training activities.
Information processed through these features may include a prospect's name, role, company, website, deal information and notes entered by the trainee.
Relevant information, including prospect names and trainee notes, is transmitted to our AI provider, DeepSeek, to generate preparation material.
Research features also submit AI-generated queries to external search services and retrieve information from public websites.
These queries may contain details derived from organisation-provided product information, customer profiles or prospect-preparation information.
Users and organisations should avoid submitting unnecessary confidential or sensitive information through these features.
4. Simulated calls and voice processing
Mosa processes live audio and conversation content to provide simulated sales calls.
During a call:
- The trainee's voice is transmitted to Sarvam for speech recognition.
- Relevant training context and conversation history are transmitted to DeepSeek to generate AI buyer responses.
- AI-generated responses are transmitted to Sarvam for speech generation.
The context sent to the AI provider may include buyer personas, Knowledge Hub information, preparation briefs and relevant memory from previous simulated interactions.
The application uses LiveKit to facilitate real-time call media.
5. Recordings and transcripts
Mosa processes call transcripts to provide conversation history, evaluations, feedback and training analytics.
Transcripts are retained as training records independently of whether optional audio recording is enabled.
Audio recording is optional and is available only where the organisation has enabled it. Where recording is enabled, the audio of a simulated call, including the trainee's voice and the AI buyer's responses, is recorded so that the call can be played back for review, coaching and training records.
Recordings, transcripts and associated call information are available to the trainee who made the call, the trainers responsible for that trainee's team, the organisation's administrators and authorised Mosa platform operators.
Call transcripts and relevant conversation content are also transmitted to DeepSeek for evaluation, scoring, pipeline-decision review and AI buyer memory.
6. Evaluations and training analytics
Mosa processes simulated-call information to generate:
- Call evaluations and scores.
- Feedback and supporting evidence.
- Pipeline decisions and outcomes.
- AI buyer memory.
- Training progress and performance information.
Relevant call transcripts and training context are transmitted to DeepSeek to generate these results.
Training analytics are made available to authorised users according to their organisation and team permissions.
7. Third-party AI and voice providers
Mosa uses third-party APIs to deliver core application functionality.
Our active AI and voice-processing providers include:
DeepSeek
DeepSeek processes relevant information for Knowledge Hub generation, AI buyer creation, prospect preparation, simulated conversations, evaluations, scoring and related AI functionality.
Information transmitted may include uploaded document excerpts, customer-profile information, prospect details, trainee notes, training context and conversation transcripts.
Sarvam
Sarvam processes live speech for transcription and converts AI-generated responses into speech.
Relevant audio and response text are transmitted to Sarvam to deliver these functions.
External research services
Research functionality uses external search engines and public websites to retrieve relevant information.
Search queries may contain information derived from the training context or prospect-preparation details.
Third-party providers may process and retain information according to their applicable service terms, policies and account configurations.
Mosa does not represent that these providers have zero data retention or that information is excluded from model training unless the applicable provider arrangements establish those conditions.
8. Third-party integrations
Mosa supports integrations with third-party business tools, including CRM, meeting and sales-intelligence platforms such as HubSpot, Zoom and Gong.
When an organisation connects and authorises an integration, Mosa may access, import, synchronise or transmit information permitted by that authorisation and the integration's functionality. This may include contacts, companies, deals, meeting information, call records and related sales activity.
Connected services process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
9. Organisation data separation and access
Mosa uses organisation-level access controls to separate customer information.
Users access information according to their assigned roles and permissions.
Generally:
- Trainees access their own training records.
- Trainers access information for trainees within their assigned teams.
- Organisation administrators access information within their organisation.
- Authorised Mosa platform operators may access organisation information for administration, maintenance, security and support.
We do not sell customer training content or intentionally make one organisation's private documents, conversations or training records available to unrelated Mosa customers.
Processing by authorised service providers is separate from disclosure to other Mosa customers.
10. Storage and security
Mosa uses application databases, file storage and supporting infrastructure to store and process information.
Different categories of information, including uploaded documents, Knowledge Hub content, transcripts, recordings and evaluations, may be stored in different systems.
Relevant information is also transmitted to authorised AI, voice and infrastructure providers to deliver application functionality.
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information and restrict unauthorised access.
No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Data retention and deletion
We retain account, organisation and training information for purposes connected with providing and administering the service.
Different categories of information, including uploaded documents, Knowledge Hub content, recordings, transcripts, evaluations and technical records, may have different retention periods.
Deleting an uploaded document does not necessarily remove information previously incorporated into generated Knowledge Hub content, conversation history or other derived training records.
Organisations and users may contact Mosa to request information about their stored data or request deletion, subject to applicable requirements and technical limitations.
Deletion may require action across application databases, file storage and relevant service providers.
Information previously transmitted to third-party AI, voice or research providers may remain subject to those providers' own retention practices.
We do not represent that deleting a record within Mosa automatically removes every copy held by external providers.
12. Application analytics
Mosa provides training-performance information to authorised users as part of its application functionality.
The application does not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.
The application loads its typeface through Google Fonts. When the font files load, technical information such as the user's IP address may be transmitted to Google.
Training-performance information is distinct from the optional website analytics described in the Landing Page Privacy Policy.
13. International processing
Our AI, voice, research and infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than the country of the organisation or user.
Such processing is subject to the relevant providers' applicable terms and arrangements.
Organisations should consider their own privacy and confidentiality obligations when choosing which information to provide through Mosa.
14. Your privacy requests
Users and organisations may contact us to:
- Ask what information Mosa processes.
- Request access to relevant personal information.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Ask about retention and third-party processing.
- Raise privacy or security concerns.
Where information is managed by an organisation using Mosa, we may coordinate with that organisation when responding to a request.
We may need to verify the requester's identity and authority before disclosing or deleting information.
Contact mayank@mosa.co.in.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to application functionality, infrastructure, service providers or data practices.
The latest version will be available on this page with its updated date.
